1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Alice Anglers Fishing Charters Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM (PST) and ends on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM (PST) (the “Contest Period”). Entries must be received within the Contest Period to be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Alice Anglers Fishing Charters, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, participants must visit the Alice Anglers Fishing Charters booth at the BC Outdoors Show and scan the QR code to complete the official online entry form. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) 8-hour guided fishing charter

• One (1) night of accommodation, provided by Alice Anglers Fishing Charters

  Prize valid for one (1) person. Guests may accompany the winner at no additional charge for the overnight accommodation. Guests wishing to participate in fishing must pay the negotiated fair market rate for any additional fishing days. Any additional days beyond the prize package are at the guest’s expense.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place one (1) week after the end of the Contest, on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Alice Anglers Fishing Charters’ headquarters. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the draw. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Travel to and from the fishing charter location is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. Alice Anglers Fishing Charters reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Alice Anglers Fishing Charters is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; or any injury or damage related to participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during the Contest will be used for administering the Contest and for marketing purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Alice Anglers Fishing Charters will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Alice Anglers Fishing Charters, which are final and binding in all respects.
