1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Alice Anglers Fishing Charters Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM (MST) and ends on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM (MST) (the “Contest Period”). Entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Alice Anglers Fishing Charters, its affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, participants must visit the Alice Anglers Fishing Charters booth at the Edmonton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show and scan the QR code provided to complete the official online entry form.

• Limit one (1) entry per person

• Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• One (1) 8-hour guided fishing charter

• One (1) night of accommodation, provided by Alice Anglers Fishing Charters

• Prize valid for one (1) person

Guest Policy:

• Guests are welcome to accompany the winner for the overnight accommodation at no additional charge

• Guests wishing to participate in fishing must pay the negotiated fair market rate for any additional fishing days

• Any additional days beyond the prize package are at the winner’s or guest’s expense

The prize has no cash value and cannot be substituted or transferred.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

• Draw Date: One week after the end of the contest.

• Location: Alice Anglers Fishing Charters headquarters

The selected winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, Alice Anglers Fishing Charters reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

• Travel to and from the fishing charter location is not included

• Alice Anglers Fishing Charters reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the Contest process

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Alice Anglers Fishing Charters is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical malfunctions or failures of any kind

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and for marketing communications from Alice Anglers Fishing Charters. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
